Bio

sometime before 1985: economics and accounting as main subject due to my dad’s pleading, instead of tech drawing!
1987: apprenticeship in Germany (equivalent to accounting technician)
1989 to 1999: hardcore accounting duties for auditors & chartered accountants in Germany
1999: freedom camper in New Zealand – now a dirty word!
2000: after lots of funjobs (babysitting, waitressing, internet cafe) back to the coalface – accounting for chartered accountants in Wanaka
since 2009:  freelance accounting in the cloud (internet!)

Continuous Development

• Full member of the Bookkeepers Association of New Zealand NZBAI which requires ongoing certification and minimum training hours
• Subscribed to all IRD notifications and updates
